“Gloria” Sewing Factory was founded in 1977. Over the past few years, several technical upgrades have been made in the factory, the last one in 2018.
And now “Gloria” sewing factory's production units are equipped with modern JUKI, PFAFF and other world-famous firms modern sewing machines and equipment.
Due to the professional staff, working in the factory, modern methods of work organization and high quality of sewing machines, the factory can produce contemporary products of any complexity and products that meet the requirements of European quality standards.
“Gloria” sewing factory has 2 branches, where 2,500 employees are employed.
In 2 branches, 150,000 different types of clothing, coats, jackets, motorcycle clothing, and various protective clothes are produced monthly.
The factory follows the ETI-Ethnical Trading Initiative requirements.
Every year audits are audited by world-renowned audit firms (Intertek, TÜV Rheinland, etc.)
A three-level quality control system is operating in all our factories.
At the first level, the quality is checked immediately during the production process when the product is in a semi-festoon state.
At the second level, quality controllers conduct quality checks at the end of production lines when the product is already ready, but not packaged yet.
The conduct a third-level inspection in the finished warehouse before packaging.
