Endocrinologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Endocrinology of YSMU since 2008 and Head of the Department of Endocrinology Clinic of Muratsan University Hospital, Chief Children's Endocrinologist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.

From 2011 to the present, she is an endocrinologist consultant at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

From 1980 -1990 studied at Dzerzhinsky Secondary School No. 20 in Yerevan, graduating with a gold medal.

From 1990-1996 studied at the medical faculty of YSMU, graduating perfectly.

From 1996-1999 passed clinical residency in endocrinology.

From 1988-1990 worked in a dental clinic, managing a sterilization room, and in 1999–2000 served as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Internal Diseases of YSMU. M. Heratsi.

From 2001-2004 worked in the Republican Endocrinology Dispensary as an endocrinologist.

From 2002-2004 worked as an assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine, YSMU. M. Heratsi, and in 2004-2005 she was an assistant at the endocrinology department of the same university.

In 2002 she defended her thesis and received a Ph.D. in medical sciences.

From 2005-2008 was an assistant professor of endocrinology at YSMU. M. Heratsi.

From 2005-2009 she was an endocrinologist at the Shengavit Medical Center.

From 2012 to 2018 she was the main children's endocrinologist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.

In 2014 she defended her thesis and received the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences.

From 2008 to the present, she is a member of the faculty council of YSMU, as well as a member of the expert committee on internal diseases.

Since 2005 is a member of the Endocrinology Examination Committee of Clinical Residents.

In 2015 she founded and leads the Armenian Association of Pediatric Endocrinologists.

A. E. Mikhailovna repeatedly participated in various professional trainings in Austria, Sweden, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Georgia, and Hungary.

She is a member of the board of the Armenian Association of Endocrinologists, head of the osteoporosis section, a member of the Osteoporosis Association of Armenia, as well as the European Diabetic Association of European Endocrinology.

In 2018 the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia awarded her a diploma of thanks.
