YENOKYAN HAYK

 (born on 1977 in Yerevan) Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgeon

Doctor of Medicine, Docent. 

Since 2020 Head of “Head and Neck, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery Department” in National Institute of Health after academic S.Avdalbekyan

Since 2015 Head of   Plastic and Maxillo-Facial Surgery department at “Nairi” medical center.

2011-2020 YSMU associate professor in Surgical Stomatology and Maxillo-Facial Surgery Department.

2005-2018  Head of Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery department of the Institute of Surgery named after Mikayelyan.

From 1994 to 1997 he worked as a doctor on duty in the department of General Surgery at the SNC “Emergency” medical center.

From 2002-2004 was the Head of the medical service of the military unit named after  Marshal Baghramyan which is a part of  the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

From 1997-1999 studied at “The school of Future Surgeons” of the Institute of Surgery named after  Mikayelyan .

1993-1999 he also graduated from the department of General Medicine of YSMU. From 1999-2002 passed clinical residency in the department of Military field surgery of the same University getting  a profession  of maxillofacial surgeon. In 2005 he defended his thesis on " The diseases of the temporomandibular   joints of Armenia 's soldiers   and received the candidate 's degree  of medical sciences (PhD). From 2000 to 2007 he was an assistant at the department of Surgical Stomatology of  the Medical Institute of Armenia.  From 2007 to 2009 he studied in the dental  faculty of the Armenian Medical Institute.

 From 2005 to 2011 he worked in  the department of Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery of  the National Institute of Health  named after S. Avdalbekyan reaching to the position of docent from the position of  senior laboratory assistant. From 2010-2011  passed   clinical Residency in Plastic Surgery of the institute mentioned above.

2018-2019 Residency in “Healthcare management” National Institute of Health  named after S. Avdalbekyan

Author of more than 36 scientific works, has 15 patents for inventions.

Prizes for the "Creation of a new method of treatment and its implementation in medical practice"(2005), the award winner of "The Young Doctor of the Year"(2013).

In 2015 he has been awarded the title of  "The Best surgeon of the year applying and distributing the latest scientific methods of plastic and maxillofacial surgery",

In 2017 the award winner in nomination “For professionalism, high demand and great authority as a Plastic and Maxillo-Facial surgeion ”
